My Top Five Running Reads
Something to inspire you to get out there or just to enjoy with your feet up.
I love books about running so much that I wrote one myself. I think, like writing, it can often be a lonely pursuit. And I’m fine with that, I love to run alone just as I love to write alone. But that does mean I crave other experiences of it, I want to know if people are feeling the same way I am, if there’s something I’m missing, could be doing differently, could be learning.
There’s a mixture here of books I found useful and books I found breathtakingly beautiful, some that made me cry and laugh. I hope there’s something here for you too. Please let me know your own running reading recommendations - as the evenings draw in, I would like anything to distract me from the work I am meant to be doing.
